Viral App Launch, a DBA of Creative Technologies Group LLC (“Viral App Launch,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), provides services that involve app growth, marketing strategies, and related functionalities.

This Refund Policy explains how refunds are handled for services provided by Creative Technologies Group LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us”).

1. Nature of Services

We provide professional services, including but not limited to:

  • App launch strategy and execution
  • Marketing and growth services
  • Advisory, consulting, and investor introduction services

All services are process-driven, customized, and initiated shortly after purchase.

2. No Outcome Guarantees

Our services do not guarantee specific results, outcomes, revenue, user counts, funding, or investment.

Any references to potential performance, prior results, or historical examples are provided for informational purposes only and should not be interpreted as promises or guarantees.

3. Refund Eligibility

Because our services involve immediate allocation of internal resources, planning, and execution, refunds are not guaranteed.

However, refund requests may be considered under the following conditions:

  • A written refund request is submitted to ops@viralapplaunch.com
  • The request is made within 7 calendar days of the original purchase date
  • Substantive service delivery has not yet begun, including but not limited to:
    • Strategy development
    • Campaign setup
    • Account configuration
    • Media buying
    • Introductions, outreach, or execution work

If these conditions are met, we will review the request in good faith.

4. Non-Refundable Circumstances

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Services that have already been partially or fully delivered
  • Time, labor, or resources already allocated
  • Completed strategy sessions, onboarding, audits, or advisory work
  • Dissatisfaction based on expectations of outcomes rather than service delivery
  • Failure to participate, respond, or provide required inputs

Once service execution has begun, all payments are considered earned.

5. Investor Introductions

Investor introductions, when applicable, are provided on a best-effort basis and are subject to factors including readiness, fit, timing, and third-party responsiveness.

Introductions do not constitute a guarantee of meetings, funding, or investment and are not refundable once initiated.

6. Chargebacks & Disputes

Customers agree to contact us directly at ops@viralapplaunch.com to resolve any concerns prior to initiating a chargeback or payment dispute.

Initiating a chargeback without first contacting support may result in immediate termination of services and trigger other companies policies and actions, including collections, legal action and breach of contract.

7. How to Request a Refund

To request a review of a refund, please email:

ops@viralapplaunch.com

Include:

  • Purchaser name
  • Transaction date
  • Reason for the request

All requests are reviewed within a reasonable timeframe, and decisions are final.
